Floral with stripes

These are a bit different to my usual style but I really like them, in fact I can’t stop looking at them!  The pink I used is Essie ‘Madison Ave-Hue’ which is a Barbie pink that has a slight shimmer to it, the slightly off white is OPI ‘My Boyfriend Scales Walls’ and the textured silver is my favourite OPI Liquid Sand ‘It’s Frosty Outside’. The floral detail is hand painted and I just used striping tape with random spacing for the stripes. It was fairly easy to recreate this look for both hands. I hope you like them.

Patchwork

I was looking for a reason to use my matte top coat, it’s nice to have a different finish for a change, so  I thought a fabric patchwork would work really well.

I stuck to pink/purple tones to match my outfit but I think it would look pretty good in any colour really.  It’s also pretty simple to recreate on both hands seeing as you can be free to experiment with patterns and every nail can be different. I just used a combination of a striping brush and a dotting tool for my designs and picked a few polishes that complemented each other.
